Context :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As part of a strategic replacement, we have been mandated to recruit a Department Manager for Fresh Products (M\/F) for one of our prestigious retail clients, located at the German-Luxembourg border. This role demands advanced managerial maturity.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Profile sought <\/strong>: The ideal candidate should have a higher education degree (Master\u2019s level or equivalent), preferably from a business school, with confirmed expertise in the fresh products sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenge<\/strong> : The main challenge lies in finding a professional with solid experience (minimum 10 to 15 years) and who can manage the geographical specifics of the location. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required experience <\/strong>: Proven experience in team management within the food retail sector, with specific skills in fresh products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recruitment strategy :<\/strong> A targeted direct approach has been adopted to attract highly qualified candidates that meet the high demands of the position. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
