For a pioneering project at the heart of distribution, Linman & Associ\u00e9s has taken up the challenge of finding a Land Development Manager to lead and realize real estate operations for one of our clients. This is a newly created position aimed at strengthening the presence of a key player in distribution, requiring a seasoned professional to lead land development in S\u00e9lestat, a strategic area on the German\/Luxembourg border. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Profile sought :<\/strong> Deep expertise in real estate development, with a knack for navigating the complex ecosystem of retail and construction. The ideal candidate must excel in land prospecting, negotiations, project coordination, and possess a solid local network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
