Reporting directly to the CEO or the general management, they are responsible for upholding QHSE norms and practices within the group.<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-lightgrey-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-98a2858c wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--120);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--120)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-66fd4963e68613560acbe75acc5f7ff5\" style=\"margin-left:0;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">The missions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Organize and manage the QHSE department to achieve the objectives set by management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor product quality throughout the production process and manage non-conformities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement corrective and preventive actions and ensure compliance with quality management systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with client quality departments, both national and international.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtain and maintain QHSE certifications for various production sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct technical and regulatory monitoring to ensure continuous improvement of QHSE performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical support to producers and production sites in their quality improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure industrial sites comply with safety and environmental standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the group\u2019s sustainability policy, particularly in the areas of agroecology and carbon footprint reduction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-98a2858c wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--120);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--120)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8a7b309f wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0;flex-basis:50%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Profile requirements <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master\u2019s degree or Engineering school in Food Science, with a specialization in QHSE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> At least 7 years of professional experience in a QHSE role, ideally in an SME food industry environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competence in QHSE management and leadership, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independent, excellent organizational skills, and a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Proficient in business English, with a significant portion of activities conducted internationally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remuneration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Compensation for the position of QHSE Manager varies according to experience, specific skills, company size and international scope.
