You will initiate and implement HR strategy in close collaboration with General Management, with the aim of s<strong>upporting the company&#8217;s development<\/strong> and evolution in a dynamic and demanding environment.<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-lightgrey-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-98a2858c wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--120);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--120)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-66fd4963e68613560acbe75acc5f7ff5\" style=\"margin-left:0;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">The missions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and manage global human resources strategy, including recruitment, training, career management and HR communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement innovative HR policies adapted to the specificities of retail, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and lead collective and individual labor relations, ensuring a harmonious social climate in compliance with legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise personnel administration and lead a team of HR managers or project managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in the Management Committee (CODIR), working with site managers and the CFO to align HR strategies with the company&#8217;s overall objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbitrate and support change management, anticipating the human and social impact of strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-98a2858c wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--120);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--120)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8a7b309f wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0;flex-basis:50%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">Profile requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Higher education in human resources management, law, or equivalent field, with a specialization in HR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 7 to 10 years&#8217;
