Linman & Associates is recruiting a Marketing and sales coordinator/product development F/H on behalf of an international company based in the United States, specializing in gourmet food products.

Localisation :
The company offers the candidate the option to be based in France, with regular interactions with the CEO, and the possibility of payroll services for working in the U.S.

Poste

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in the development of products and packaging, primarily for the gourmet food sector.
You will work closely with the CEO to lead product development projects and support the company’s marketing and sales activities.

As a Marketing and sales coordinator/product development F/H, your main responsibilities are:

  • Design and develop packaging and products in collaboration with suppliers in France and Europe,
  • Assist in exporting products outside the US to Asia, Canada, Europe, Middle East,
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows in the US and internationally (Asia, Canada, and Europe),
  • Set up regular reporting of figures and performance indicators, share with the team,
  • Establish and follow projects, monitor customer price lists and contracts,
  • Support the team in all matters related to the company’s back office.

Profil

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in product development on international markets in the food sector,
  • Fluency in French and English required; proficiency in another language (Spanish, Italian, Korean, Japanese, German, or Chinese) is a plus,
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales expertise,
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S. market is desired,
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal partners,
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities,
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards,
  • Proficiency in using software and tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis,
  • Flexibility and the ability to work independently.
