Context :

For a pioneering project at the heart of distribution, Linman & Associés has taken up the challenge of finding a Land Development Manager to lead and realize real estate operations for one of our clients. This is a newly created position aimed at strengthening the presence of a key player in distribution, requiring a seasoned professional to lead land development in Sélestat, a strategic area on the German/Luxembourg border. 

Profile sought : Deep expertise in real estate development, with a knack for navigating the complex ecosystem of retail and construction. The ideal candidate must excel in land prospecting, negotiations, project coordination, and possess a solid local network.
