Context :

As part of an ambitious initiative to boost commercial performance and operational excellence at a major retail location, Linman & Associés has undertaken the search for a Profit Center Director. This key position, reporting directly to the CEO, is central to our client’s growth strategy, involving rigorous management of business activities and close supervision of nearly 350 employees. 

Profile required : We are seeking a charismatic leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and proven expertise in team management and profit center operations. Proficiency in digital marketing and significant experience in the consumer goods sector will be considered major assets.
