The position

At the heart of the luxury world, the Communications and Marketing Manager embodies the voice and image of our brand. A true strategist, he/she develops and implements communication and marketing strategies aligned with the values of excellence and innovation that characterize the sector. This key position plays an essential role in developing brand awareness, customer engagement and accelerating sales growth in competitive and demanding markets.

Les missions

  • Communication and marketing strategy : Design and deployment of the global strategy in line with the company’s strategic objectives. Implementation of innovative campaigns that promote the brand’s unique expertise.
  • Brand management : Reinforcement of brand identity and image through creative initiatives and exclusive events.
  • Press and media relations : Developing and maintaining relationships with key media and industry influencers to maximize brand visibility.
  • Digital marketing : Steering digital strategies including social networks, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, to increase online presence and engagement.
  • Analysis and reporting : Monitoring the performance of marketing and communication actions, analyzing results and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Profile requirements

  • Formation supérieure en Communication, Marketing ou équivalent. 
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe. 
  • Excellente capacité à communiquer, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, en français et en anglais. 
  • Compétences avérées en gestion de projet, esprit d’initiative et capacité à travailler en équipe. 
  • Créativité, sens de l’esthétique et passion pour le secteur du luxe. 
  • Maîtrise des outils digitaux et des réseaux sociaux. 

Remuneration

Remuneration for this position generally comprises a competitive base salary, supplemented by bonuses and benefits in kind. It varies according to the candidate’s experience and profile, but is generally between €50,000 and €70,000 gross per year.
