Export Area Manager F/H

the position

The Export Zone Manager in the healthcare sector is essential to the international development of companies, being responsible for expanding and managing sales of healthcare products outside national borders. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure sustained growth in international markets.

  • Business development: Prospecting and developing international customer portfolios, identifying potential new markets for healthcare products.
  • Relationship management : Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as with business partners.
  • Strategy and reporting : Development of sales strategies adapted to the specificities of each market, and regular reporting on sales progress.
  • Training and support: Training distributors and partners on products and services, and providing ongoing support to optimize their performance.
  • Monitoring and analysis : Constant monitoring of the sector, market trends and competitive activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Profile requirements

  • Higher education in international trade, supplemented by at least 5 years’ experience selling technical products in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven communication skills, curiosity and perseverance.
  • Analytical and synthesizing skills, with the ability to initiate proposals and lead projects.
  • Organized and rigorous in managing tasks.
  • Fluency in English essential, knowledge of a second language an asset.


Remuneration for this position varies according to experience, candidate qualifications and company policy. It may include a base salary, performance-based commissions and other benefits linked to the position’s international role.
