Product Owner F/M
The position
The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value achieved by a development team by satisfying customer/user needs.
The missions
The Product Owner is the guarantor of the product vision, from definition to design. He or she is responsible for defining the content of the Product Backlog, which lists all customer expectations and all expected product functionalities. To do this, he must define User Stories, which are functionalities that can be achieved in one iteration (or sprint). He or she must define the Business Value and specify what is expected through acceptance criteria. The Product Owner will seek to maximize the value of the Agile team’s work by prioritizing the User Stories with the greatest business value, and which are the quickest to implement.
Profile requirements
- Practical experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role, with proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to understand and anticipate user needs to ensure that the product meets their expectations.
Remuneration
The remuneration of a Product Owner varies greatly according to company size, sector of activity and experience. However, a Product Owner’s remuneration ranges from €40K to €65K gross per year.
