Profit Center Manager F/M
The position
The role of the Profile Center Manager is to maximize profits and reduce losses. He/she supervises a sales team and ensures that objectives are met by implementing the sales strategy defined by the company’s management.
The missions
He/she monitors the sales teams, guiding them towards achieving their objectives (sales techniques, negotiations, etc.), and reports regularly to the company’s general management on various indicators such as expenses, sales, margins, etc. He/she ensures the smooth running, profitability, development and sustainability of the profit center for which he/she is responsible, while complying with the strategy, organization and objectives set by general management. They are also responsible for the profit center’s legal affairs. This versatile job requires managerial skills and an analytical mind.
Profile requirements
- Management or business degree: A Master’s degree in fields such as business management, economics, commerce or business administration is generally required.
- Proven experience in managing teams, particularly sales teams, with a proven ability to motivate and direct staff towards achieving their objectives.
Remuneration
The salary of a profit center manager is around €80 to €100K gross per year.
