Project Manager F/M

The position

At the heart of the dynamic agri-food industry, the Project Manager plays a key role in driving and coordinating a variety of strategic projects crucial to the company. Reporting directly to the sector’s General Manager and an essential member of the Executive Committee (CODIR), this position requires a strategic vision and the ability to manage cross-functional projects. Areas of intervention include organization, process alignment, and information systems optimization, with a particular focus on IT initiatives.

  • Strategic definition : work closely with the CODIR to establish the roadmap for strategic initiatives and structuring projects, particularly in the IT field.
  • Change management : Play an active role in driving organizational change, promoting a culture of change management to enhance the organization’s agility.
  • Steering the strategic plan : Lead the follow-up of the strategic plan through regular meetings and seminars, ensuring coherence and effective coordination between the various projects.
  • Operational steering : Take charge of the operational steering of certain key projects, according to the organization’s specific needs.
  • Support to the general Manager : Assist the General Manager in the management of steering bodies, by putting in place efficient working methodologies and ensuring rigorous monitoring of projects.
  • Skills enhancement : Contribute to the improvement of project management skills within the organization, by leading a network of business managers involved in information systems.

Profile requirements

  • Advanced degree from a business or engineering school or equivalent, with solid experience in managing large-scale cross-functional projects.
  • Proven experience in managing projects impacting various corporate functions, with a preference for those with operational experience (production, supply chain, purchasing, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, assertive leadership, change management skills, and mastery of information systems, including ERP.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, strong leadership skills, ability to adapt and support organizational and individual change.

Remuneration

Remuneration for the position of Agri-Food Project Manager varies according to experience, skills and company size. It generally comprises a competitive base salary, supplemented by bonuses and benefits linked to individual performance and project success.
