Quality and Marketing Manager F/M

The position

The Quality and Marketing Director in the healthcare sector is a key position, combining technical expertise and strategic vision to oversee the Research and Development (R&D) and Marketing departments. This professional may be responsible for steering the development, promotion and quality of new products, while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Supervision and coordination of R&D and Marketing teams for the development and promotion of innovative products.
  • Implement and promote a policy of continuous quality improvement.
  • Contribute to the definition of performance indicators and coordination between subsidiaries to promote harmonization and cohesion.
  • Participate in drawing up development strategy and defining action plans.

Profile requirements

  • At least 10 years’ professional experience in the medical field or a similar sector, with proven entrepreneurial skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, energy, communication skills and diplomacy.
  • Analytical and synthesizing skills, with the ability to make proposals.
  • Fluency in English essential.
