Quality Manager F/M

The position

The Quality Manager in the food industry is a key player in ensuring and managing the quality of food products. This role involves implementing, monitoring, and driving the company’s quality policy, in alignment with management objectives and regulatory and customer requirements.

  • Development and management of the quality department’s forecast budget.
  • Negotiation and monitoring of contracts with service providers.
  • Management of the quality system, including the implementation of HACCP, compliance with IFS/BRC standards, and coordination of audits.
  • Ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance of finished products.
  • Ensuring product conformity to customer expectations and legal standards.
  • Leading quality meetings and providing ongoing training to teams on QHSE best practices.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality indicators and dashboards.
  • Supervising and motivating a quality team, promoting a quality culture within the company.

Profile requirements

  • Degree in food engineering or equivalent, with a specialization in quality.
  • Minimum of seven years in a quality role within the food industry.
  • Proven team management skills and required experience in leadership.
  • Proficiency in IFS and BRC certifications.
  • Excellent managerial qualities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English for international interactions.

Rémunération

The salary of an international development manager is between €30 and €40K gross per year.
