Sales Engineer F/M

The position

The Sedentary Sales Engineer plays an essential role within industrial companies, acting as the vital link between the company and its customers. This position requires a unique combination of technical and commercial skills to respond effectively to calls for tender, manage projects from conception to delivery, and ensure fluid communication with customers throughout the process.

  • Tender management : Analyze and respond to tenders, ensuring accurate and competitive costing for each project.
  • Project follow-up : Work closely with internal departments (production, R&D, logistics) to supervise projects from order to delivery, ensuring that customer requirements are met.
  • Technical support : Provide technical support to customers for current orders or specific requests, ensuring that all specifications are correctly understood and applied.
  • Internal coordination : Work in synergy with the company’s various departments, including international teams, to guarantee the efficiency and quality of customer service.

Profile requirements

  • Holder of a BTS or equivalent diploma in refrigeration engineering, HVAC, or other relevant technical specializations.
  • At least three years’ experience in a similar position, ideally with project management experience in the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, initiative and responsiveness in decision-making processes. Knowledge of project management systems and IT tools is essential.
  • Fluency in English is essential to work in an international context.
