Store Manager F/M

The position

The Store Manager plays a crucial role in implementing sales strategy within the retail chain. Responsible for sales performance, brand image and customer satisfaction, as well as the store’s working environment, he/she ensures sales development and continuous improvement of store performance. In a multi-faceted position, he or she is an astute salesperson, a skilled manager and an inspiring leader.

  • Sales : Ensure sales development, maintain the brand’s pricing policy, negotiate quotations and maintenance contracts to optimize margins and profitability.
  • Management : Monitor key performance indicators, steer the operating account and ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Management : Coordinate and motivate teams, ensuring implementation of HR policy in line with corporate values and objectives.
  • Technical : Supervise store layout and maintenance to ensure a welcoming and functional environment for customers.

Profile requirements

  • Higher education (Bac +5) in commerce, management or equivalent.
  • Significant experience of at least 5 years in a management position, ideally acquired in the mass retail, specialized retail or foodservice sectors.
  • Assertive leadership, ability to develop a strategic and global vision.
  • Autonomy, results and customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Participative management, encouraging team involvement and development.


Remuneration for this position varies according to experience, store size and location. It generally consists of a fixed salary and may include bonuses based on store performance, as well as other company benefits.
