The position

The R&D Project Manager in veterinary health is an animal health professional focused on scientific innovation and new product development. This role involves active participation in research and development within a healthcare company, with a particular focus on creating solutions that meet the current and future needs of the veterinary market.

  • Market research : Carrying out qualitative and quantitative analyses to guide product development projects.
  • Technical writing : Drawing up specifications and risk analyses in collaboration with the R&D engineering team.
  • Test management : Organization and supervision of product tests, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration : Active participation in R&D meetings and close collaboration with marketing teams to align R&D projects with the company’s global strategy.

Profile requirements

  • Veterinarian with 5 to 10 years’ experience, looking for new professional challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of the veterinary field, with the ability to bring innovative ideas based on field experience.
  • Independence in project management, rigor, good analytical skills and an appreciation for teamwork.
  • Mixed or canine profile, with a good command of English considered an advantage.
