Linman & Associés is supporting one of its clients, a leading international industrial company in the food manufacturing industry, in the recruitment of its future Night Shift Permanent Position Production Supervisor.

Poste
Rattaché(e) au Responsable du Pôle Production, vous assurez le pilotage opérationnel de votre secteur d’activité et garantissez le bon déroulement des opérations de fabrication dans le respect des objectifs de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais. À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Superviser les équipes de production, conditionnement et assainissement au quotidien ;
- Organiser et piloter le programme de fabrication dans le respect des objectifs de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais ;
- Assurer le bon démarrage des lignes, l’approvisionnement des postes et le suivi des opérations de nettoyage ;
- Garantir la conformité de la production aux standards qualité, aux exigences de traçabilité et aux procédures internes ;
- Gérer les aléas de production, les non-conformités et les dysfonctionnements techniques en coordination avec les équipes concernées ;
- Adapter l’organisation des équipes et les priorités de fabrication en fonction des besoins opérationnels ;
- Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement ;
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance, assurer le reporting d’activité et contribuer aux démarches d’amélioration continue ;
- Encadrer, accompagner et mobiliser les équipes afin de maintenir un environnement de travail performant et sécuritaire.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your production area and ensuring the efficient execution of manufacturing activities while meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising production, packaging, and sanitation teams on a daily basis;
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules to meet operational targets related to safety, quality, cost, and efficiency;
- Ensuring smooth line start-ups, proper workstation supply, and effective execution of cleaning and sanitation activities;
- Maintaining compliance with quality standards, traceability requirements, and internal procedures;
- Managing production issues, non-conformities, and technical disruptions in collaboration with the appropriate departments;
- Adjusting team organization and production priorities according to operational needs and business demands;
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental regulations;
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing operational reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives;
- Leading, coaching, and engaging team members to maintain a safe, productive, and high-performing work environment.

Profil
FORMATION :
Vous êtes idéalement issu(e) d’une formation en production industrielle, transformation alimentaire, gestion des opérations ou équivalent. Une formation complémentaire en management d’équipe ou en environnement manufacturier constitue un atout.
EXPÉRIENCE :
Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative acquise dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire. Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée en supervision et gestion d’équipes de production en milieu manufacturier. Une expérience sur différents quarts de travail ainsi qu’en gestion des imprévus opérationnels constitue un atout important.
Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels et possédez idéalement de bonnes connaissances du français et de l’anglais.
QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES :
Vous possédez de solides compétences en gestion de production, organisation opérationnelle et encadrement d’équipes. Vous faites preuve de leadership, de réactivité et d’une excellente capacité d’adaptation dans des environnements exigeants et évolutifs.
Rigueur, sens des priorités et capacité à gérer les imprévus sont indispensables pour réussir dans ce poste. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre capacité à mobiliser les équipes et votre approche terrain.

EDUCATION
You ideally hold a degree or diploma in Industrial Production, Food Processing, Operations Management, or a related field. Additional training in team leadership, supervision, or manufacturing operations would be considered an asset.
EXPERIENCE
You have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the food processing industry. You have a proven track record of supervising and leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Experience working across different shifts and managing operational challenges in a dynamic environment is highly valued.
You are comfortable using standard computer applications and ideally possess working knowledge of both French and English.
