As part of a strategic replacement, we have been mandated to recruit a Department Manager for Fresh Products (M/F) for one of our prestigious retail clients, located at the German-Luxembourg border. This role demands advanced managerial maturity.  

Profile sought : The ideal candidate should have a higher education degree (Master’s level or equivalent), preferably from a business school, with confirmed expertise in the fresh products sector. 

Challenge : The main challenge lies in finding a professional with solid experience (minimum 10 to 15 years) and who can manage the geographical specifics of the location. 

Required experience : Proven experience in team management within the food retail sector, with specific skills in fresh products.
