Human Resources Manager F/M

The position

As Human Resources Director (HRD) in the retail sector, reporting to the Chairman and CEO and a member of the Management Committee, you are the strategic pillar of human resources management within a multi-site structure. You will initiate and implement HR strategy in close collaboration with General Management, with the aim of supporting the company’s development and evolution in a dynamic and demanding environment.

  • Develop and manage global human resources strategy, including recruitment, training, career management and HR communications.
  • Design and implement innovative HR policies adapted to the specificities of retail, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent.
  • Manage and lead collective and individual labor relations, ensuring a harmonious social climate in compliance with legislation.
  • Supervise personnel administration and lead a team of HR managers or project managers.
  • Actively participate in the Management Committee (CODIR), working with site managers and the CFO to align HR strategies with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Arbitrate and support change management, anticipating the human and social impact of strategic decisions.

Profile requirements

  • Higher education in human resources management, law, or equivalent field, with a specialization in HR.
  • At least 7 to 10 years’ professional experience in an HR management role, preferably acquired in the distribution sector or in multi-site environments.
  • Proven legal and HR expertise, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to federate and lead, action- and field-oriented, with a strong capacity for analysis, creativity and anticipation.


Remuneration varies according to experience, company size and location, and may include a base salary, performance-based bonuses and other retail-related benefits.
