Industrial Site Manager F/H
The position
The Industrial Site Manager is a key figure in the organizational structure of an industrial company, acting as the main driver of strategy and performance on the production site. This role involves global, cross-functional management of all production activities, from quality and supply chain to purchasing, safety, human resources, processes, production and finance. Working in close collaboration with the Group’s General and Industrial Management, the Site Manager ensures the optimization of economic and operational performance, while guaranteeing the application of company policies in terms of quality, environment, safety, health and traceability.
The missions
- General management : Direct all industrial site activities, manage economic performance, and ensure application of company policies.
- Industrial strategy : Work with the Industrial Department to define and implement industrial strategy, manage resources, and steer investment projects.
- Operational management : Optimize production and support services policy, steer purchasing and subcontracting policy, and support process and product development.
Profile requirements
- Master 2 or general engineering degree with industrial specialization.
- At least 15 years’ experience in a management position in industry, ideally in process metallurgy or a similar sector.
- Proven leadership, results orientation, ability to manage multiple departments, quality awareness, excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
