Production Manager F/M
The position
The Production Manager is responsible for manufacturing product ranges or more complex products. They set production goals at the site level and ensure optimal use of resources. They supervise a team of operators and production engineers.
The missions
The Production Manager analyzes manufacturing constraints: they participate in defining the manufacturing method, translate the specifications into production objectives, and determine the needs for raw materials. Then, they are responsible for managing the manufacturing process: they set objectives for operators, monitor the process and results, oversee the budget and equipment availability, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, analyze and improve production indicators if necessary, and manage relationships with external suppliers. They lead diverse teams such as continuous improvement engineers, process engineers, quality assistants, etc., depending on the company’s internal organization.
Profile requirements
- Proven experience in team management, particularly in sales, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead team members towards achieving their goals.
- A Master’s degree in fields such as business management, economics, commerce, or business administration is generally required.
Remuneration
The compensation for junior executives ranges from 45,000 to 50,000 euros gross per year, and for seasoned professionals, salaries are typically between 60,000 and 70,000 euros gross per year.
