Project Manager 4.0 F/H
The position
The 4.0 project manager works under the responsibility of the engineering, design and/or production department. They are responsible for managing projects linked to the evolution of industrial tools: automation, robotization and digitization of processes.
The missions
The 4.0 project manager pilots and leads technical projects in collaboration with the associated internal teams: IT, maintenance and production. He/she also contributes to the achievement of objectives and the development of the industrial management plan. He/she monitors investments at production sites and negotiates with suppliers for the best solutions to be deployed. He/she ensures that the budget is respected, and is a driving force behind any trade-offs that need to be made. He/she plays an active role in technical monitoring of Industry 4.0 issues, and makes recommendations to optimize existing systems or support product innovation.
Profile requirements
- Sound knowledge of Industry 4.0 and of production and maintenance processes.
- Significant project management experience in a similar role.
- Proven project management, analytical and team skills.
- Engineering degree.
Rémunération
Remuneration for this type of position is between €30 and €40K gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience, the size of the company and the sector of activity.
