Regional Sales Manager F/M

The position

The Regional Sales Manager in the agri-food sector is a key player in leading sales teams and expanding the company’s market share in a defined territory. This strategic role involves managing a team, drawing up and monitoring sales plans, and developing lasting relationships with regional customers.

  • Define and monitor regional sales targets and ensure effective application of the company’s sales policy.
  • Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement and set up action plans to achieve targets.
  • Explore and target new market sectors to strengthen regional presence.
  • Promote the company’s image at regional level, including interventions in schools and other institutions.
  • Efficient management of budgets and resources allocated to the sales team.
  • Recruitment, integration and training of Area Managers, ensuring alignment with corporate values and strategies.
  • Leading the team through regular meetings and follow-ups to communicate objectives and share results.
  • Ensures the accuracy of sales data and the proper reporting of information.

Profile requirements

  • Higher education in business, ideally Bac+2 or more.
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the food retail sector.
  • In-depth skills in sales techniques and negotiation.
  • Good knowledge of the company’s products and global sales strategy.
  • Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively.


Compensation for the position of Regional Sales Manager varies according to experience, the size of the region managed, and the structure of the company. It may include a fixed salary, performance-related commissions or bonuses, and other benefits depending on company policy.
