Sales Manager France F/M 

  • Sales strategy : Define and execute sales strategy in line with overall corporate objectives, while ensuring sustained sales growth.
  • Account management : Identify and develop relationships with strategic key accounts, targeting potential new customers to expand the portfolio.
  • Market analysis : Collect and analyze relevant customer and competitor data to guide business decisions.
  • Product development : Work in collaboration with product teams to contribute to the improvement and development of new products responding to market trends and requirements.
  • Leadership : Direct and coordinate sales activities, ensuring integration of strategies across internal departments.

Profile requirements

  • Graduate business or engineering school with at least 5 years’ experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of biotechnology, mastery of sales and negotiation techniques, and advanced data analysis skills.
  • Leadership, effective communication skills, team spirit, flexibility and proactivity.
  • Excellent command of IT tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Fluency in English is essential for international interactions.
